Shane James McCarthy, a member of BSA Troop 60, was only 13 years old when approved for the rank of Eagle Scout, and is the youngest member of Troop 60 to achieve this honor. Shane is pictured with his parents, Barbara and Larry, and his older brother, Conor, who is also an Eagle Scout at Troop 60.
